for information may take up to 15 working days to be processed and the
information to be provided to you.
Requests for information must be signed.
This form is being submitted electronically and, you will be required
to pick up the requested information at the Park Police Office, Sunset
Park located at 2901 East Sunset Road Las Vegas Nevada 89120 during the hours of
7:00am to 4:00pm
Monday through Friday, and
provide a signature. Requests for information
which exceed one page will incur a $1.00 per page processing fee,
payable when you pick up the information.
